Sally O'Dell Trotter, 79, of Marshall, Texas passed away February 18' 2022 after a long and trying battle with her health. Sally was born on December 27, 1942 to Mildred McNair-Lockhart and Louis McInnis in Prentiss, Mississippi. In 1962, she married the love of her life, Donnell Trotter, they went on to have 3 beautiful children, Antionette, Quentell, and Lance Trotter.

Sally decided to dedicate her life to being fantastic and wonderful mother. Sally supported and encouraged her loved ones and helped them through the manypassions and difficulties thru their lives. She made it her mission to improve the lives of others.When Sally wasn't filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found in the woods behind her house doing what she loved, fishing. She was a passionate fisher. We will miss her greatly.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Mildred McNair-Lockhart and Louis McInnis; her sisters and brotherVera, Charles and Betty.

Sally is survived by her sister, Margaret Lockhart of California, brothers, Roscoe Lockhart of California, Ronnie Lockhart of California and Curtis McInnis of California, her children, Antionette Trotter of Marshall, Texas, Quentell Trotter of San Diego and Lance Trotter of Marshall, Texas; grandchildren, Chardae Jones and Jussica Dunn, and great grandchildren and relatives.

The family request that all flowers and notes are sent to Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall, Texas or to Stewart's Rose Manor Funeral Home in Richmond, California. There will be a graveside service at the Rolling Hills Memorial Park in Richmond, California.
