Rhoneshia was born  at Marshall Memorial Hospital in Marshall, Texas on October 10, 1983. She relocated to Longview at the early age of 9 years old where she lived until death. She attended Longview ISD and was also known as Rho-Rho. Her favorite color was pink. She loved her son and spending time with the family. Rhoneshia was always happy and had the most beautiful, brightest smile and spirit. She was a mother, sister, cousin, and friend to many who loved and adored her.

she was preceded by her grandmother, Mary Jones; mother, Mary Alice Jones.

She is survived by her father, Ronnie L. Spratling, Sr,; son, D'tarvious Spratling; brothers, Dramarcus Spratling (Carressa Williams), Ronnie Spratling, Jr. (Jessica Willie), Brodrick (Latoya) Morris; maternal uncle, Robert Jones; a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
