Funeral Services for Judy Ann Jones, 67, will be held Saturday, August 31, 2024, in the Lewis Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be in the St. John Cemetery, Marshall, Texas. Viewing will be Friday, August 30, 2024, from 1 to 7:00 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Home. Ms. Jones was born September 2, 1956, in Marshall, Texas and died at home August 22, 2024.

Judy Ann Jones, 67, of Marshall, Texas was born September 9, 1956 to Lorenzo Jones and Ruby Harice Edwards Jones. Miss Jones passed away August 22, 2024 in Marshall, Texas. Judy joined Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church at an early age.

Miss Jones was a 1974 graduate of Marshall High School. She worked at Marshall Memorial Hospital formany years.

She was precede in death by her mother, Ruby Harice Jones; her father. Lorenzo Jones; two brothers, David C. Jones and Larry Wayne Jones; and a nephew, Lonzo Jones, Jr.

Judy leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Tamiko Jones and Majmah Jones; six sisters, Ruby Smith, Martha Sheppard, Mattie Jones, Ruth Miles, Sondra Jones, and Helen Rodgers; four brothers, James Jones, Reginal Jones, Floyd Jones, and Moses Dewaine Ingram; five granddaughters, Donna Williams. Diamond Jones, Iyanna Johnson, Tannyia Jones, and Shekira Johnson; one grandson, Desmond Johnson, Jr.; two great grandchildren, Shekya Jones and lamar Jones; a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
