Dorothy Jean Watley, the daughter of Eugene Watley and Bernice Martin Watley, was born December 25, 1946 in Marshall, Texas She graduated from H. B. Pemberton High School and from Wiley College in 1996. Preceding her in death are her brother Charles Shaw; cousin, Mac Lacy and sister, Carolyn Watley. Precious Memories are cherished by her daughter, Shirley Jean Watley; grandson, Keyon Derell Tatum; two god daughters, LaShunda Fitzpatrick and Rebecca L. Halton; family and friends.
