Sister Allyine Lewis Wilder, daughter of the late Frank and Gracie Dinnah Beaver Lewis, was born January 18, 1941, in Marshall, Harrison County, Texas.

At an early age, she accepted Christ and united with the Union Missionary Baptist Church where she served as an Usher. A few years later, she united with the Liberty Baptist Church where she was a faithful member serving as a Deaconess and willing to work wherever needed. She was a 1960 graduate of H. B. Pemberton High School and after twenty-five years of being employed in the Marshall Independent School District, she retired.

She loved the Lord and was dedicated to attending church. She was a wonderful mother, wife, grandmother, a loving sister, aunt and friend to many.

On July 4, 1964, she was united in marriage with Drusephus Wilder, Sr. To this union, seven children were born.

Sister Wilder was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sons, James H. Wilder and Josephus Wilder, two sisters Jo Ann Brown and Mary Page and one brother, Timothy Lewis.

Sister Allyine Lewis Wilder departed this life Sunday, July 10, 2022, at her home in Marshall, Texas.

She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Ms. Audrey G. Clark of Marshall, Texas and Mrs. Mavis E (Kenneth L.) Clark of Longview, Texas, three sons, Buren Wilder, Sr., Drusephus Wilder, Sr. both of Longview, Texas and Keith E. Wilder of Huntsville, Texas, one brother Hurdis (Ruth Doris) Gatson of Marshall, Texas, fourteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
